Following is the update for Bukit Cerakah Hearing for leave for Judicial Review.
15th May 2023: our application for interim preservation was concluded on 10th May 2023. Unfortunately the motion was dismissed, reason given “there are no special circumstances that warrants the grant of an interim preservation order.”
On 26th May 2023, hearing of our appeal is fixed on 14.9.2023 via Zoom.
